Shipping & returns

Shipping Policy:

• Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

• Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times are estimated to be within 3-7 business days depending on the shipping method selected.

• Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking: You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

• Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Janna Association is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Returns Policy:

• Return Conditions: Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

• Non-returnable Items: Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers), custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (e.g., beauty products).

• Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at [postmaster@jannaassociation.org] with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions on how to send your item back to us.

• Refunds: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
